Salty's on Alkai has the best Sunday brunch. It's a little pricey (~$30) but the selection and quality are excellent. Lots of great seafood (Dungeness crab, oysters, shrimp, clams, etc. plus all the regular breakfast fare like eggs and bacon.
You'll love it.
